We impact the lives of 400 families every month!

The Rotary Club of Camp Pendleton chartered in 2005.  It was the first Rotary Club on a military installation. The club membership considers itself “small, but mighty.”  Members hail from both the military and civilian communities.

With its emphasis on assisting military families aboard Camp Pendleton and its surrounding communities, the Rotary Club of Camp Pendleton has sponsored a multitude of projects through its fundraising activities, partnerships with other Rotary Clubs and a strong relationship with the residents of the La Costa Glen Retirement Community.

Our Generation-to-Generation program picks-up lightly used furniture and housewares from veterans, Rotarians, and supporters of the military within a 100-mile radius of our club.  These donations are stored at the Rotary Warrior Warehouse on Camp Pendleton.  Every Friday morning, we open the Warrior Warehouse so that young families can select from a wide assortment of goods – including baby products, glassware, linens, pots and pans all the way to high-end furniture – free of charge. The only rules: "Take what you need - but not everything that you want."
Every week our donors thanks us for giving them the opportunity to improve the lives of young marines and sailors.

Our Causes include:
  • Promoting Peace
    • Rotary fosters understanding across cultures. We train adults and young leaders to prevent and mediate conflict and help refugees who have fled dangerous areas.
  • Fighting Disease
    • We are determined to rid the world of polio forever.
    • We educate and equip communities to stop other diseases and expand access to health care.
  • Providing Clean Water
    • We help bring sustainable clean water, sanitation, and hygiene to more people every day. We do not just build wells and walk away.
  • Saving Mothers & Children
    • We expand access to quality medical care, sanitation, education and economic opportunities so mothers and their children can live and grow stronger.
  • Supporting Education
    • Our goal is to strengthen the capacity of communities to support basic education and literacy, reduce gender disparity in education, and increase adult literacy.
  • Growing Local Economies
    • We carry out service projects that enhance economic and community development and create opportunities for decent and productive work for young and old.
